GPAthletes offers personalized consulting and advisory services for students seeking to obtain sports, academic, international, artistic, and merit-based scholarships at universities in the United States. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Evaluation of the client's academic, athletic, personal, and financial profile.

• Guidance on selecting suitable universities.

• Preparation and review of required documentation for applications.

• Interview and admission process coaching.

• Ongoing support throughout the application and admission process.

All services are provided online through our website and associated platforms.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you must have the consent of your parents or legal guardians.

• Truthful Information: You agree to provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date information during the registration process and while using our Services.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify GPAthletes immediately at support@gpathletes.com.

• Liability: GPAthletes will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements or from any actions of the third-party platform.

5. Fees and Payments

• Cancellation and Refund Policy: The student may request termination of the contract at any time during the process. However, no refunds will be issued for payments already made. Additionally, any pending payments specified in the contract will be canceled. To make the termination effective, the student must pay GPAthletes the amounts corresponding to the services provided up to the date of termination that have not been previously paid.

• Taxes: You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with the purchase of our Services.

• By the User: You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us via the provided email.

• By GPAthletes: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to remain in effect.
